Instituting manual mandatory naps is what bankrupt the Fisco Corporation. Mostly it was the large sums of money being siphoned from the Sleepy’s Mattress account (set up as a corporate expense to help reduce back pain during the naps) which was being used to fund terrorist cells in eastern Europe, but really the naps were at fault for starting it.

To answer it more fully: The automatic mandatory nap is still in testing and as such will not be seen instituted until the year 2013.
