My name is Joe and I live in Brooklyn. You probably knew that (because you found my website). I have a jetpack and I train griffins to juggle. You probably didn’t know that (because that part was a lie). Below you will find some decidedly less “fictional” information about me.

I’m in a band, I have a solo project, I’m co-writing a movie, I do some theatre work, I produce a weekly online comic strip, and sometimes I think I should write a novel. I also write long, rambling reviews of CDs that I like from time to time. I try not to let these interests detract from my day job too much, but you know how it is. “A creative soul is easily distracted.” I think Optimus Prime said that in the Transformers movie.

I live with my wife and my cat in a part of Brooklyn that I swear isn’t as sketchy as it was in the 70s. Some of the things that make me happy are giant squids, candy, robots, and snow.
